The better quality artwork we receive the better the application results. Vector artwork is preferred in .eps or .cdr format. However .jpg, .bmp and .tif files are acceptable with at least 300 dpi resolution in the approximate size of application. Please use our Artwork Upload form to ensure we get all the information we need for best results. Artwork editing and touch-up is available at $35/hr with a ½ hour minimum.

The first step in embroidery application is digitizing. We use computer-aided design software to convert your artwork into a format used by our industrial machinery. This is a one-time cost. Once digitized, we keep your artwork on file for future use with no additional set-up cost.

Embroidery application cost varies with size and complexity of artwork as well as the number of applications. For example, if purchasing 25 items using the same 8,000 stitch logo the cost is $5 per application. (5,000 additional stitches x $0.20 + $4.00 = $5.00)

Screen printing layers artwork by color for a crisp high-gloss finish. An Artwork Set-Up fee is a one-time charge to convert your artwork into colored layers. Once modified, screens are created for each layer to print. This charge applies for each order.
